Pseudonymisation is the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Controller or controller responsible for the processing
Controller or controller responsible for the processing is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by law.
Processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not.
Third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.
Consent of the data subject is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) collects contact information through our website when you choose to provide it, such as your name, username, or email address. You may be asked to provide us with contact information when you register with the Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) website and when you purchase the Services. The decision to provide this information is optional; however, if you elect not to register or provide such information, you may not be able to access certain features, or services available on or through the Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) website. In order to make payments owed to Publishers, Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) may also request additional information from Publishers such as other contact information and billing account information.
Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) uses this contact and billing information to operate and improve our website and Services, such as to provide notices about your Service, to fulfill your service requests, or to request your feedback or conduct research. Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) also uses contact information to send you information about new products or Services; where Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) needs your permission to do this, we only send such information in accordance with any permissions granted.

With respect to data collected via the Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) platform, behalf of our Publishers and Clients, we may combine information that does not directly identify an individual with data collected from other sources and disclose the combined information to participating publishers, advertisers and ad networks so that they can determine whether to bid on ad inventory and in order to improve the relevance of the advertising presented to users. We also use the information we collect to host, operate, maintain, secure, and further develop and improve our Services, such as to keep track of advertising delivery and to measure the effectiveness of advertising delivered through our Services, and investigate compliance with Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP)’s policies and terms and conditions. Collected statistical information that does not directly or indirectly identify an individual natural person. Statistical data is Pseudonymised and Sampled so represent not a particular natural person but a mass of inventory grouped by one or several statistics-based terms.
Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) does not engage in activities that require parental notice or consent under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Individuals On certain occasions, Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) relies on the consent of the individual to process personal information (for example, when the user inputs personal information into the Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) website). On other occasions, Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) may process personal information when Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) needs to do this to fulfill a contract or where Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) is required to do so by law.

Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP)s’ User Account Console is the preferred way of accessing your personal data. The console facilitates the possibility for you to exercise a number of your user rights in terms of personal data:
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to certain types of processing, including processing for direct marketing (i.e. if you no longer want to be contacted with potential opportunities).
The right to be informed – You have the right to be provided with clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how we use your information and your rights. This is why we’re providing you with the information in this Policy.

Where Fidelity Media SSP (fmxSSP) processes personal data of EEA individuals as a data controller, such individuals: (i) may have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal information; (ii) may restrict the processing of personal information, object to processing, and/or exercise the right of data portability; and (iii) may have certain rights to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You also agree that you have provided notice to, and obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose Information you supply to us with regard to:
- the purposes for which such third party’s Information has been collected;
- the intended recipients or categories of recipients of the third party’s Information;
- which of the third party’s data are obligatory and which data, if any, are voluntary;
